Are you an EU Member State?
EU Member States play an essential role in shaping and advancing the EU–India digital partnership. Through the Dialogue, Member States can:
Participate in regular Digital Policy Advisory Roundtables and share updates from your own work, gain insights from and identify synergies to work with other member states and help align EU priorities to strengthen the Team Europe approach on key digital topics.
Join our monthly Digital Chai Chats – an informal exchange platform for EU Member States to gain exclusive, bite-sized insights from experts on current digital developments, share ideas, stay informed, and coordinate on digital cooperation.
- Jointly collaborate on our digital priorities identified under the TTC Working Group 1 by co-hosting events, writing policy papers, and organising delegation visits.

Are you an Industry Partner?
Business roundtables bring together EU Member States and industry to connect policy priorities with business realities in India’s digital market. Participants review TTC Working Group 1 progress, assess India’s digital regulations, and exchange on opportunities and challenges, i.e. in AI, digital skills, and semiconductors.
Inputs feed directly into TTC deliverables and Ministerial discussions, while offering a unique forum to engage with policymakers and peers.

Are you a Researcher or Think Tank?
Independent research and evidence-based policy analysis are essential to developing inclusive and human-centric digital policies. The Dialogue provides a platform for think tanks and academia to make their voices heard and bring critical perspectives into EU–India digital cooperation.
Through expert roundtables and workshops, researchers contribute insights on key digital topics and emerging technologies. The Dialogue also runs a dedicated podcast, where Indian and European experts are invited to share their work and connect across borders.
